Do Not Call Policy

Our commitment

Wellora is committed to complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and all applicable federal and state telemarketing laws. We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and honor requests promptly.

All outbound calls are placed only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local timezone. We do not call numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry unless you have provided us with prior written consent.

Stop calls from Wellora

To be added to our internal Do Not Call list, use any of the following methods. We will process your request within 10 business days.

Call or say it during a call

Call us at 1-888-458-7514and request to be added to our Do Not Call list. Or, during any call with a Wellora specialist, simply say “Do not call me” or “Remove me from your list.” We will honor your request immediately.

Email us

Email dnc@wellora.carewith your full name and the phone number(s) you want removed. Include “Do Not Call Request” in the subject line.

Text STOP

Reply STOP to any text message from Wellora. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed from text messages. Standard message rates may apply.

What happens after your request

  • Your number will be added to our internal Do Not Call list within 10 business days of your request.
  • Once added, you will not receive outbound marketing or sales calls from Wellora at that number.
  • If you change your phone number, please notify us so we can update our records.
  • Upon request, we will confirm in writing that your number has been added to our Do Not Call list.
  • You may still receive transactional or legally required communications if you have an active case with us.

National Do Not Call Registry

In addition to our internal list, you may register your number with the FTC's National Do Not Call Registry:

Registration with the National Registry typically takes up to 31 days to take effect. Registering with the National Registry does not remove you from Wellora's internal list — please contact us directly using the methods above.
