Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing wellora.care, submitting a benefits inquiry, or speaking with a Wellora specialist, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wellora. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. What Wellora is — and is not

Wellora is an independent benefits consulting service. We help individuals and families understand and navigate Medicaid and Medicare programs. We are not:

  • Affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, Medicare, Medicaid, or any government agency;
  • An insurance company, insurance agent, or insurance broker;
  • A law firm, and our services do not constitute legal advice;
  • A guarantor of benefits — eligibility determinations are made by government agencies and program administrators, not by Wellora.

Our services are free to you. We are compensated by the programs and insurance carriers we work with — never by charging you a fee.

3. Our services

Wellora provides:

  • A free initial benefits eligibility check conducted by Aria, our AI-powered benefits specialist;
  • Follow-up consultations with licensed human specialists for families who may qualify;
  • Guidance on Medicaid Home Help, caregiver pay programs, Medicare benefits, and related programs available in your state;
  • Assistance navigating the enrollment process at no cost to you.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. Your consent to be contacted

By submitting a benefits inquiry form on our website, you expressly consent to be contacted by Wellora at the phone number and/or email address you provide. This includes contact by:

  • Automated telephone dialing systems;
  • Pre-recorded voice messages;
  • Text/SMS messages;
  • Email.

This consent applies even if your number is registered on a state or national Do Not Call registry. You are not required to consent as a condition of receiving services — you may call us directly at 1-888-458-7514 instead of submitting the form.

You may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. See our Do Not Call Policy for instructions.

5. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an inquiry or speaking with our specialists. Providing false or misleading information may result in an inaccurate eligibility assessment and could affect program applications made on your behalf.

Wellora does not independently verify all information you provide. Eligibility outcomes are determined by the relevant government programs and agencies, not by Wellora.

6. No guarantee of benefits

Wellora provides guidance and assistance based on publicly available program information and our experience with the enrollment process. We do not guarantee that you or your family will qualify for any specific benefit, program, or payment amount. Eligibility is determined solely by the relevant government agencies and program administrators.

7. Intellectual property

All content on wellora.care — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Wellora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wellora does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of information provided about government benefit programs, as program rules change frequently.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including any reliance on information provided during an eligibility check. In no event shall Wellora's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for our services (which is $0, as our services are free to consumers).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellora and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of false information.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wellora operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
