SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

Program description

Wellora (“Wellora,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS program to help families navigate Medicaid Home Help benefits. Messages may include eligibility follow-ups, appointment reminders, document requests, and status updates related to your inquiry.

How to opt in

You may opt in by (a) submitting a benefits inquiry form on wellora.care with a mobile number, (b) texting us first, or (c) providing your number verbally to a Wellora specialist and confirming consent. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Wellora at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your situation. Most users receive fewer than 10 messages per month. You may receive more messages during active enrollment or renewal periods.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Wellora does not charge a fee to send or receive messages, but your wireless carrier may. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send additional messages unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by submitting a request at wellora.care/do-not-call or by emailing privacy@wellora.care.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@wellora.care or 1-888-458-7514.

Supported carriers

The Wellora SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information you send to us via SMS is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers or SMS content, and we do not share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
